At Golfying.com, we want you to shop with confidence. If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer a simple return and replacement process subject to the terms below.
Eligibility for Return/Replacement
- Products may be returned or replaced if they are eligible as per the information provided on each product’s detail page.
- Items marked “Returnable: NO” cannot be returned. However, if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we will provide a replacement.
- Orders are only eligible for cancellation if the request is received before the goods are shipped.
Return Process
- Returns are accepted within 5 days of delivery. After this period, Golfying.com will not be liable for any errors.
- Pin codes served by our courier partners are eligible for pickup.
- If your area is not covered, you may self-ship the product using any reputed courier service or speed-post.
- Products must be returned in their original packaging, with seals, labels, barcodes, manuals, and accessories intact. Items must be unused and in re-saleable condition.
Refunds
- Refunds will be initiated only after the returned product reaches our fulfillment centre and passes quality checks.
- Any outbound shipping charges paid will not be refunded if the order is self-returned.
- The transit time for the returned package to reach our fulfillment centre is generally 8–10 business days. Refunds will be processed within this timeframe.
Replacements
- Replacement requests will be processed within 48 hours after the request is raised.
- The replacement product will be shipped once the returned item is received and verified at our fulfillment centre.
How to Request a Return/Replacement

- Our team will arrange a manual pickup if your pin code is covered.
- If not, you will need to self-return the product to our Store.
