Return and Refund Policy

At Golfying.com, we want you to shop with confidence. If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer a simple return and replacement process subject to the terms below.

Eligibility for Return/Replacement

  • Products may be returned or replaced if they are eligible as per the information provided on each product’s detail page.
  • Items marked “Returnable: NO” cannot be returned. However, if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we will provide a replacement.
  • Orders are only eligible for cancellation if the request is received before the goods are shipped.

Return Process

  • Returns are accepted within 5 days of delivery. After this period, Golfying.com will not be liable for any errors.
  • Pin codes served by our courier partners are eligible for pickup.
  • If your area is not covered, you may self-ship the product using any reputed courier service or speed-post.
  • Products must be returned in their original packaging, with seals, labels, barcodes, manuals, and accessories intact. Items must be unused and in re-saleable condition.

Refunds

  • Refunds will be initiated only after the returned product reaches our fulfillment centre and passes quality checks.
  • Any outbound shipping charges paid will not be refunded if the order is self-returned.
  • The transit time for the returned package to reach our fulfillment centre is generally 8–10 business days. Refunds will be processed within this timeframe.

Replacements

  • Replacement requests will be processed within 48 hours after the request is raised.
  • The replacement product will be shipped once the returned item is received and verified at our fulfillment centre.

How to Request a Return/Replacement

  • Contact our customer service team by emailing info@golfying.com.
  • Our team will arrange a manual pickup if your pin code is covered.
  • If not, you will need to self-return the product to our Store.

Important Notes

  • Golfying.com reserves the right to inspect the product to confirm damage or defect before issuing a replacement.
  • Refunds or replacements will only be initiated once the product passes our quality check.
  • Transit time for returns is 8–10 business days, after which refunds or replacements will be processed.
